30-DAY RETURN POLICY

The Deal:
- 30 days from delivery to decide
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging
- Return shipping is on you (we're a startup, not Amazon)
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days

How to Return:
1. Email support@promptandcotton.com with your order number
2. We'll send you a return authorization
3. Ship it back
4. Get your money back

What We Can't Accept:
- Worn items (we can tell)
- Washed items (they shrink, we know)
- Items older than 30 days (time's up)
- Custom or personalized items (if we ever do those)

Exchanges:
Want a different size? Different design? Start a return and place a new order. It's faster than waiting for us to swap them.
